International Payment & Shipping
We do offer international shipping to Canada, Australia/New Zealand, most of Europe and many other foriegn countries.
Please contact us with your full address for a price quote.
All international sales and shipments are subject to the following:
- International payments must be made via money wire (bank transfer).
E-mail us for details.
- We are not responsible for duties, tarriffs or other customs fees.
- We will not falsify customs documents. Please don't ask.
- We do not accept returns on international shipments.
- All international shipments will be sent by Federal Express. Fast, reliable and trackable. Fedex costs more than USPS but we insist on the best for our high-end, pro caliber guitars - which is all we sell.
- We will pack the guitar very carefully and professionally for its journey but, unless otherwise noted, we are not responsible for any loss or damage on an International shipment.
- Insurance is recommened but not required. We will help you file a claim with Fedex if necessary. Insurance will, of course, make the ship quote higher.
