Returns
All purchases have a 48 Hour Trial Period. You can initiate a return within 48 hours of signing for your parcel (if shipped) or leaving our shop (local purchases). Only consignments and International Shipments are ineligble for return.
To initiate a return simply contact us via a telephone or e-mail and state your intentions. If nobody is picking our shop phone (after hours) a voice mail is fine. You will be contacted with a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return any gear without receiving return authorization.
Returns must be either brought back in person or sent back insured via UPS or FedEx in its original packaging. All shipping and insurance costs (both ways) are paid by the customer even if the instrument is returned.
There is also a 3% restocking fee for all items paid for via credit card.
PLEASE NOTE:
If the instrument arrives to you damaged, call the carrier for damage inspection (no we don't send out faulty guitars). Do not return an instrument that was damaged in shipping or you'll own it. We are not liable for any damage sustained in transit but if necessary we will help you file a claim with the shipper. We insure all domestic shipments.
All items leave our shop inspected for breaks, cracks, etc. Any damage sustained in transit or during an items 48 Hour Trial Period is grounds for voiding our Return Policy. Until you decide to keep a guitar you've ordered from us we ask that you treat it very delicately. DON'T GIG WITH IT. We appreciate your care and understanding in this matter.
